How do I scan a QR code?

Open the app and point your camera at any QR code. QR Toolkit will automatically detect and display the content — whether it's a URL, WiFi network, contact card, or plain text. Tap the result to take action (open link, connect to WiFi, etc.).

What's included in Premium?

Premium unlocks:

  • Unlimited daily scans and generates (free: 5 per day each)
  • Custom QR code colors with 8 premium color presets
  • Full scan and generate history with no limits
  • History search to find any code instantly

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → QR Toolkit → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → QR Toolkit → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile tab → Settings (gear icon) → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

The app isn't working correctly

Try these steps:

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
  • Check that camera permission is enabled in your device settings
  • Restart the app
  • If the issue persists, email us at support@qrtoolkit.app with a description of the problem and your device model
